I have been a loyal Tiger Direct customer for many years, and I am very objective about any company I choose to do business with. I am also very picky, and no matter how good a deal I may get at a particular store, I still always shop around first to see if something better comes up somewhere. Tiger Direct is not exempt from this. I must say that time and time again, Tiger Direct's prices, delivery speed, and customer service pull through for me and my family. We all find ourselves shopping there after sifting through other companies' offers and deals. I must have easily received over $1000 worth of rebates by now, and I don not foresee a problem with subsequent rebates I will file for. I am an avid rebater, and have been burned many times in the past when filing for rebates processed by other companies, for products sold by other retailers. It really seems to me that people just aren't careful and patient with the rebate process Tiger Direct requires that you follow, which of course leads to rejected rebates. As a rebate veteran with not a single unpaid rebate, let me tell you that it's ALL about filing for the rebate as soon as you receive your merchandise. It is CRUCIAL that you make copies of everything - invoices, UPC codes, rebate forms. And most importantly, make sure all information on your order coincides with that of your invoice, otherwise you can forget it. Oh, and of course, make SURE you mail your submissions via REGISTERED MAIL!! Follow all instructions to a T, and you will be just fine.
