 I would shop here again

I have been shopping at Tienda.com for the past 3 years and have been extremely happy with the quality of their food and their service. I usually order chorizo, ham, turron, and ceramics. Their shipping time is as promised and everything comes very well packed. One time I clicked twice on the same order and I called them to explain my error. They immediately removed one of the orders with a smile.

I was very pleased with my order from LaTienda. I have been to Spain and was excited to see so many items that reminded me of my travels. My order was accurate and the items were packed very well with bubble wrap to avoid breakage. The shipment came quickly and the delivery cost was very reasonable! I have recommended LaTienda to family and friends and I will definitely order again soon!!

Tienda is very good in terms of shipping speed and carefully packing perishables. They have an authentic from-Spain jamon which is hard to beat and several specialty items, foods (like cheese) and kitchenwares. They carry chorizo from Spain (Palacios of course) and it is only slightly more expensive than I find it for locally and for those who can't find it this is a great resource. They also import Spanish lomo and distribute US-made, "family secrets of Spain" versions of the classic Spanish meats.

My only pet peeve has been that they NEVER seem to carry the most popular olive oil in Spain, Carbonell, despite all the advertising they do and the links to their Carbonell products page, which is where I found this site while googling.

Update! A day after I sent them this review they contacted me and had gotten 3-gallon tins of both the extra-virgin and puro Carbonell aceite. Yay! So I placed an order and I am now adding a star of appreciation for their email customer service.
