In the photo the pictures were in wood frames with gold border. However what I received was just the canvas. When your customer service contacted the vendor,they said the frame was not included. I want to return this merchandise. Your web site did not present a choice of frame or no frame. The product shown was a misrepresentation.

The first shipment was damaged and I contacted Wall Art, they initiated a replacement shipment promptly so while I'm disappointed in the initial damage, the replacement is just fine. All contact was via email and was generally timely.

I really enjoyed the wide selection you have to offer as far as outdoor prints are concerned. However, I didn't understand why the order took so long to process. I had hoped this product would have been in stock so I wouldn't have to wait so long to receive it.

Merchant waited 10 days before notifying me that the product was not available. They should not have the product listed on line if they don't have it. Since this is an online business, it seems that they would have better inventory management. I will not use this merchant as a supplier of home interior products again.

Shopping on the site was good,although, the tappestry rod that I ordered was nothing more than a drappery rod. When I called about the rod I was told that the bracket/fixture was 1 1/2" deep, in actuality it was 3 1/2". While it wasn't what I was expecting, I was still able to utilize it.
