My shopping experiece was fine. I found the item easilyand ordered without encountering any difficulty. However, my calculated shipping was twelve dollars and change, then when I placed my order it was almost twenty dollars. Bait and switch!!! I do not like that!!! I probably will not order from here again even though there are really competative prices. I have shopped around and found the prices good here, but they were not truthful about the shipping charges. I received a real surprise when I placed my order. That upset me. dpb

Your Website is outstanding.You also have a great selectin of products.I was very happy to find you had the ten inch straws because I have Lou Gehrig`s disease and I have trouble drinking liquids unless I can hold my head up srraight and the long srraws work great for that. Thank You Charles Dyer

The Webstaurant Store has all of the products I need for my coffee roasting business.  Whenever I think of an unusal product that I need, I can count on the Webstaurant to have it.  Items are always in stock and they provide fast shipping.  I have been very satisfied with my experiences with the Webstaurant Store.

I have not found one thing about The WEBstaurant Store Online Store to not like.  The prices (including shipping) are cheaper than anywhere else I've looked online.  The website is easy to navigate.  The customer service is great; when I needed a question answered about a product I simply and easily chatted live with someone who helped me answer all of my questions.  The products get shipped the next day if they're in stock, and there was only one time when the product we ordered wasn't in stock.  I highly recommend this online store.

I have ordered several items and have been very satisfied overall with everything I have received from the products the speed of delivery and the shape it was in when received gave my son a deep fryer and he is very happy also got the funnel cake mix for our church and boy were they happy  A lot of the time when you order the package is caved in and damaged but when I have ordered from this place it is always in very good condition

This seems like a well stocked outfit. They will sell to consumers ratrher than business accounts, but beware of the unreasonable shipping costs--unlike any I have encountered for a product weighing less than a pound.

This website was pretty easy to use and navigate. I found what I was specifically looking for in less than 5 minutes. What I ordered was sold by the linear foot and while I wanted two 6-foot runners, I had to order 12 linear feet. I am hoping I will be able to cut it in two rather easily when it arrives.

The product I ordered was shipped in two days, and received in good order.  No problems with the order, shipment or product... but the credit card I used to place the order was being used fraudulently with hours of placing the order.  I believe the fraudulent use of the card originated with someone at WEBstaurant Store.

Wonderful, excellent, outstanding! I ordered my products on Monday and I received them on Wednesday. Their customer service is wonderful and I found everything I was looking for all on one website, which is rare. I will definitely be coming back in the future! HIGHLY recommend!

Why Not just give the rebate? Why Mail-in? Extra Money, extra postage, extra time spent by customer for something that could be done at time of purchase. Most of the time the shipping & handling charges are MUCH inflated. This is VERY POOR customer service. Your goal should be : To provide a quality product at the MOST attractive price.

I received the glasses sooner than I expected! The box containing the glasses was shipped within another box, cushioned by shredded newspaper. I was initially concerned about the condition of the glasses because the outer box was not in good condition...one edge barely held together, the newspaper poking through. Happily, the contents was in fine condition.

The service was great and I love the trays. One was cracked and I emailed customer service and they emailed me back that they would get a replacement out ASAP. I will definitely order again. Have shown my friends the trays and I think they will be ordering soon.
