I never received an email with shipping or tracking numbers until 5 days after the order I emailed Twister. I got an immediate reply with tracking number and information that my credit card had been credited for the part of the order that was backordered. [I got part of my order the next day]. I am not sure if I have to order again or will Twister send me my backorder when it comes in? [When I ordered I checked availability. It was reported as "in stock" but then it was backordered. Seems unlikly that it would suddenly be out of stock in the 10-15 seconds that it took me to confirm my order. But it is possible]. Don

Their prices were very reasonable, the shipping costs were reasonable as well. Their communication via email was excellent. They let me know when my order was processed, when it was shipped, the tracking information, and when I could expect to receive my item. I will happily do business with them again when the occassion arises.

This Company is a RIPOFF. They have a different photo than the actual product that they sell. They try to get you in their and then they change the description of the product. I called and the Man I spoke to was the RUDEST PERSON I have have ever come across. What He is doing is false advertising and I would never ever reccommend this company to anyone. Infact I want a Refund ASAP and He refused!

I ordered two batteries for my appliances. One looks like the orginal on but the other has a yellowish tint to it. So I am not sure if it is old or they didn't have two of the same color. I was also surprise that there was no packing slip of any kind in the box.

Overall, my experience was excellent. We had a slight problem related to a credit card that was quickly resolved with a phone call to the merchant.

Regardless they accept my CC and on additional request I send scanned images of both sides of my CC, and scaned my last bill from the bank and signed scan of receipt, they choose to reject my payment and ask to pay by bank transfer with extra fee for money transfer. It was unacceptable form me and I think that untrustiness from their side is something that I did not deserved. They spend my time (for scanning and mailing) without any need. Delivery speed is slow, still haven't received it, though other orders from other sites ordered the same day have already arrived. Still haven't received a return email from them to find out where my item is. It's as if once they took my money they no longer recognize my existence.

Overall good. Excellent prices. Website did not work properly in Mozilla Firefox web browser. Specifically, when registering a new account, it kept rejecting the "Address" field, and when I tried to submit a help request via the contact form, that did not work, either. I then tried Microsoft Internet Explorer, and it worked.

I very much liked that the number of items in stock was immediately updated as I was placing my order. This allowed me assurance that the number of items I was ordering was accurate and wouldn't be backordered. The items arrived very quickly, as requested, and I have already put them into use. They were brand-new, in excellent condition, exactly as advertised.
