This company was awful for me. I accidentally purchased the wrong fuser for my printer and of course, didn't realize it until I went to put it down into the printer. Because I had cut the plastic off of the fuser -- they refused to take it back. Now I'm stuck with a fuser that cost me $185 and have no use for it at all.
They were completely unwilling to work with me on this return. DO NOT buy from them if you think in any way you might need to return something. Total lack of customer service. They lost this customer forever!! |

I purchased a wireless video camera from the Twister Group. the item was packages terribly and once i hooked it up, the wireless did not work. I called the tech support from the company i bought it from and they said it was defective. When i emailed the twister group for a return authorization they were EXTREMELY RUDE IN THEIR EMAIL. They told me they will charge me a 20% restocking fee even though the item is broke!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I should've listened to the reviews. THEY WILL THREATEN YOU if you leave a bad review! Do yourself a favor and check the reviews on other sites. Clearly, they erase bad reviews from this one. They wrote these good reviews. There is nothing good about them or the company! People have a right to know!! |

FedEx lost the delivery and FedEx said that the Twister group, the shipper, must file the claim. Sales support at the Twister group took several emails over a series of seven says to follow-up and would not re-ship unless FedEx granted their claim. Fortunately FedEx found the lost package ten days later. I emailed Twister sales with the news. -no response.

I purchased some high-end outdoor rock speakers from The Twister Group. I immediately received an order confirmation letting me know it would ship in the next 1-2 days. The order shipped two days later and I received a tracking number. Items were delivered on the expected delivery date. Items received in good condition. I got a great price and fast shipping. I am very happy with my purchase through The Twister Group. I wired up my outdoor speaker system and saved half what I was quoted through a local company for the same speakers and installation.

i ordered an item that was showing in stock. after a couple of hours, i got a rather terse email saying that item was out of stock, with no further explanation as to whether it would be shipped later or whether the order was canceled. when i wrote to complain, i was threatened not to write a negative review, otherwise, my information would be posted as a 'fraudulent buyer.' these are direct quotes from the twister group's customer service emails: 'Please note that if we find any negative publicity we'll have to add your information to fraudulent databases' and, finally, 'We just added all your information to a couple of databases shared by many merchants as potentially fraudulent buyer. Hopefully they'll figure if they want to process your order after these posts.'

The only possible complaint I could ever make is: The last four on my coupon card is the same color as the box in which they are printed. So I failed to submit them and twister allowed the order to be processed without the correct number of digits and followed up with a cancellation notice. I was out-of-town and did not get the notice for a few days. If this had been a time-sensitive order, then it could not have been reordered. I suggest a flag go up when this occurs as it does when incorrect digits of a credit card are entered.

I was impressed with the price of my item. It was lower than most of the other merchants I checked with. I placed my order. Unfortunately the credit card address would not take. I exchanged e-mails a few times while calling the credit card company. Luckily the Customer Service Rep was able to get all the information right and get the billing issues corrected. I got an e-mail notice that the item had shipped. Before I knew it, the product had arrived. I am VERY pleased with my shopping experience at The Twister Group.

Their prices were very reasonable, the shipping costs were reasonable as well. Their communication via email was excellent. They let me know when my order was processed, when it was shipped, the tracking information, and when I could expect to receive my item. I never received an email with shipping or tracking numbers until 5 days after the order I emailed Twister. I got an immediate reply with tracking number and information that my credit card had been credited for the part of the order that was backordered. [I got part of my order the next day]. I am not sure if I have to order again or will Twister send me my backorder when it comes in? [When I ordered I checked availability. It was reported as "in stock" but then it was backordered. Seems unlikly that it would suddenly be out of stock in the 10-15 seconds that it took me to confirm my order. But it is possible].

This Company is a RIPOFF. They have a different photo than the actual product that they sell. They try to get you in their and then they change the description of the product. I called and the Man I spoke to was the RUDEST PERSON I have have ever come across. What He is doing is false advertising and I would never ever reccommend this company to anyone. Infact I want a Refund ASAP and He refused!

Regardless they accept my CC and on additional request I send scanned images of both sides of my CC, and scaned my last bill from the bank and signed scan of receipt, they choose to reject my payment and ask to pay by bank transfer with extra fee for money transfer.
It was unacceptable form me and I think that untrustiness from their side is something that I did not deserved.
They spend my time (for scanning and mailing) without any need.

I very much liked that the number of items in stock was immediately updated as I was placing my order. This allowed me assurance that the number of items I was ordering was accurate and wouldn't be backordered.
The items arrived very quickly, as requested, and I have already put them into use.
