In spite of trying to make multiple phone calls and sending no less than 5 emails I have yet to hear from anyone about the part of my order that is missing. Some did arrive, but not all of it and it appears there is no intent to answer my queries or to send the rest of the order. I am about to involve American Express in getting a refund for the missing items.

Over the Christmas holidays, my mom asked me to help comparison shop for some bathroom aids for my dad, who has cancer. MedSupplyCo.com had a raised toilet seat, toilet seat frame (to help him get up), and a shower seat for a total (including shipping) that was just slightly more than any *one of those items at the local health care company. I didn't know how long shipping would take -- for one thing the site didn't mention shipping times, and I didn't know how the holidays would affect fulfillment. The complete shipment arrived very quickly, though. All in all, we were very impressed with the prices and fulfillment of the order. I'd order from them again and recommend them to anyone who needed to save money on medical supplies.
