The shipping was fast. I ordered on a Friday and did ground shipping it was at my house by Tuesday. I called their customer service to ask about a product and the lady on the other end was knowledgeable and courteous. The products I ordered were in excellent order just what I had seen. I ordered the finger lights and the ring part is very large. I wear a 10-12 size ring and some are to big for my finger. Don't order these for children they wont fit and there are a lot of small parts as well.

Although I was very happy with the price of the product and was able to receive free shipping, when the delivery arrived at the door, I was told it was C.O.D. for $22.78. $4.65 for GST which I expected but I also had to pay $17.13 for brokerage fees from UPS which I did not expect nor was I very happy about. I checked our Canadian Government website and found that their were no tariffs other than GST applicable to my order so my only conclusion is that UPS was waaaay overcharging me for their service. I intend to resell these products and the brokerage fee raised my wholesale cost from
