This is my second watch i bought from THEWATCHERY a Baume and Mercier 18 k gold Capeland s.The price was the lowest on the internet ,the best deal.Ordering is easy and simple,they will call you for order confermation witch is good.The watch arrived in perfect order in 48 hours in The Netherlands by UPS(You can follow you're order with tracking number provided from The Watchery).For some custumors outside the U.S there is a custom fee check with you're custom officer in you're own country.The watch was flawless,brand new and in excellent condition, all papers included, in original factory box.Overall again an excellent buy and perfect service ,I'am a happy custumor and will shop at THE WATCHERY  again.They have an large range off luxery watches for men and women and also new Swiss brand watches for prices below retail prices in normal watch stores.

Don't trust this Watch-shop anymore special order from oversea, I just bought a TagHeuer Carrera TWINTIME watch from this shop (oversea order 16th Feb09 delivered), they sent me the fault watch ( no international warranty card enclose)to me and this is a old watch, not 100% brand new (confirmed at TagHeuer HK), I have reported to their customer service email address and this Sales 'Eddie Shaer' mailto:eshaer@thewatchery.com , they ignored all my email even I attached a repair receipt from TagHeuer to them. Now I need to pay $1000 HK dollar to overhaul and fix it, they said need take a one month to complete. So DON'T trust this shop anymore..... I don't want to hear other victims.

WATCH OUT FOR THE WATCHERY

Placed and received order quickly.  The watch is a $1200.00 Mavodo and way too small. I need to return it for a refund.  After two days of calling and leaving messages I have still yet been able to talk to anyone.  Is there really a customer service department.  I'm not sure.  Still trying as 12/13/08 I will update.

Shopped for a Tag Carrera online.  Chatted online with a rep to confirm price and availability.  Called to place order.  Watch was shipped that day, arrived the next day in perfect condition.  No extra links for band included (won't need them anyway)  No direct Tag warranty.  Based on previous Tag watch experience, not worried about that either.  No shipping charges for UPS ground and did not have to pay sales tax.  A most painless online event.

I found the site while browsing the internet for a possible new watch. I found that the number of different watch brands and models for each brand was more then any other online retailer offered.

The prices quoted were better then I could fine even through my own contacts in the jewelery world. I ended up buying a Gerard Perregaux that lists for $12,900 for $5995. That's 54% discount, plus saved the 6% sales tax.

Within 48 hours I had received the watch and couldn't be more pleased with my new watch and my decision to buy it from The Watchery.

After much trepidation, given the horror stories I got from my jeweler and on-line research, I decided to try The Watchery for a purchase of Ebel Beluga Mini for my wife, in large part because of positive reviews online. Who could argue with 52% off list and $650.00 less than my jeweler's price!

Bottom line, called customer service Monday morning; they confirmed in stock status (very courteous and informative), ordered online by UPS overnight delivery, and at 9:30 AM Tuesday UPS made delivery!

Watch is in original box with warranty card (not signed :)), original protective wrapping, serial number intact, and at least for the first 3 hours it seems to keep time!

I recently purchased a ladies (discontinued style) Girard-Perregaux watch from The Watchery.com for $5495.

I wasn't sure what to expect since there are few reviews to rely on and so many fakes sold over the Internet.

I called and spoke to Lazar about the watch I wanted. I asked him to reassure me the watch was "real" and that I could return it if it wasn't authenticated.

After considering his good offer with an even better price, I purchased the watch and two days later, it arrived.

I immediately took the watch to one of Manhattan's best independent appraisers (www.justappraisers.com) to verify its authenticity.

I am happy to report the watch is authentic and was verified (after much work to locate the history of a discontinued GP watch). I am thrilled with the watch and my decision to buy from The Watchery.

I cautiously ordered a Tag Heuer watch from the Watchery. I haven't bought such an expensive item over the internet before. The Watchery is in New York, I live in New Zealand, 12 thousand miles away. All my dealings with the the Watchery, and Joseph, have been prompt and professional. There is a 18 hour time difference between NY and NZ and any time I emailed I got a prompt reply. The product arrived in NZ via UPS 2 days after ordering and paying which I did using Paily.com and I could track my order from pick up to delivery on the UPS website. The watch is genuine, is new and in perfect order. I would use the Watchery again and will be telling all my friends to shop there. Overall I am very satisfied, the Watchery made what started out to be a cautious and sceptical purchase (like the other people writing these reviews), one which I was prepared to take a risk on, and turned it into a pleasant shopping experience.

As I am allergic to base metals, finding an inexpensive watch is impossible. I browsed numerous sites looking for a gold watch & decided to take a chance on The Watchery because of the reviews posted here. I found a beautiful Baume Mercier gold watch at 60% off retail(it was listed in the super sale section). I opted for overnight delivery & it arrived within 22 hours of placing my order. My experience with Joseph, owner of The Watchery, was second to none. This was my first major purchase online of over $3000.00, needless to say, I had some reservations.
