I just bought a rose gold Concord  Delirium female watch from The Watchery.

Unfortunately the watch they send me is not working at all!

As i live outside of the US, i cannot return it because their policy states that there are not returns for intl.orders.

I have written them an email but they even don't bother to reply back!

It is my first experience of buying expensive item online and i shall never do it again.

A great variety from which to choose. The process is very easy. The product is delivered in a short period of time very well protected. I was surprised to find out from the repair service (I called because I needed an extra link which they are sending me) that the watch is from 2002. Thankfully they have links to the watch still available. This may be an important piece of information for potential buyers. Otherwise, this is my first stop when contemplating purchasing any kind of watch!

Over all good experince, one extra day of wait time, had to travel almost an hour to retrive the box from UPS, since it requeired a signature. I am just wondering what to do wiht the registration of the watch, since it has a manufacturers card and needs a signature.

My purchases from The Watchery represent one of the best internet shopping experiences I've ever known. And I buy almost everything through the internet. The Watchery's follow-up is remarkable. One watch, that came with a free gift watch, had to be returned, as I cannot wear inflexible metal bracelets. As soon as I notified The Watchery of the necessity for the return, they responded quickly with a set of well-explained instructions which were easy to follow. In what seemed like no time at all, I received notice of a full credit posted to my bank's credit card account, verified that day by my bank.

The purchase as such was excellent, the problem is that I didn´t receive the watch´s warranty wich worries quite a bit. A week ago I sent an email to thewatchery.com mentioning this but they haven´t emailed me back. I would really recomend this site if they had sent me the warranty.

1)The product they sent me was good,only that the size was a bit tighter than what they advertised.So,now i cannot use the watch.They should have more options,like extenders etc.If i am buying a product from somebody,then i should only be concerned/dealing with them,why should i run to the manufacturer for my troubles?Afterall,your company makes money from us and is in existence because of customers only. 2)The customer service or live customer "help" is "Eddie",who jumps onto you,the moment you visit their site.Problem is that Eddie only help you in monosyllables and you never get an intelligent answer from him regarding warranty/service etc.
