When I decided to buy my first watch online from TheWatchery.com, I was hesitant, especially with all the scams. I was a bit reassured after reading the many positive reviews from Epinions.com, however, was still skeptical since there were a couple of negative/nightmarish reviews.

At the end, I took the dive and purchaced a Rado Sintra Limited Edition. As for the price, I did a lot of research, including eBay and Ashford, and TheWatchery by far has the best price and were on par with Ashford. However, the reviews for Ashford were horrible, so I decided not to go that route. I ended up saving over $2000 for my Rado compared to the MSRP.

Ordering online was a ciche and being able to talk to a customer service persion via LiveChat was helpful. I was also able to use a promotional code that saved me an additional $100! I opted for NextDay delivery via UPS and was sent the tracking number later that day. The watch arrived the next morning with no problems.

The packaging was superb and very professional. It actually took me some time to unpack it! The watch is beautiful and it came with all the original papers/box/tags etc. I immediately took it to a Rado Customer Service Store and they told me it was genuine and also helped me resize the band.

Overall, I had a GREAT experience and would recommend others to give TheWatchery.com a try. They offer wonderful discounts for luxury watches!
