My wife came home to tell me she had gotten her own Christmas present at Macy's. She paid over $450 for a Movado women's museum watch. I knew I could do better, so I checked on-line with e-bay. I found the Watchery on that site. They showed an impressive 100% positive feedback. I then checked Epinions and that site seemed to back-up the Watchery's e-bay feedback. the prices quoted were significantly lower than the other on-line retailers that I could find. The fact that they are not authorized Movado re-sellers probably has a lot to do with that fact. The Watchery is very up-front about this.(Check their "about us" page.) The order process was very smooth and I was checked-out within 10 minutes. I got an instant confirmation call(have your phone handy) and I recieved the watch within 2 days with regular (free) shipping. It came in the original box and was packed in bubble-wrap. Be sure to read the warranty information. They will not take back a watch that has been worn or has had the manufacturer's protective stickers and tags removed. It is probably a good idea to use a magnifying glass for the inspection. The watch is beautiful and cost about 60% less than Macy's "sale" price. As long as you are willing to accept their warranty as an un-authorized re-seller, I would highly recommend this on-line store.
