I ordered the shoes in the size that I normally wear. I even called the company to see if the shoes ran true to size and they sais that they did. When I received the shoes they were way too small. I contacted customer service and they told me how to ship them back and even let me keep the free stickers and dvd that came with my order. Excellent customer service!!!!

I'am very please with the service,I ricieved the ram cart bag quickly and in good condition.I used the cart bag on 9/o2/06 and one of the side poket'the zipper fail to close, when you move the clip to close the paket,the clip fails to put the sipper's teeh togeter.Iam verry disappointed becouse is a barand new bag. the manufacture hsould use better quality of sippres. with stronger and better zippers.customer I.D 1245222. thankyou

The House has good selection of products but I will NEVER EVER shop at6 the house AGAIn! I paid for 238$ worth of stuff and havent even recived my stuff because they shipped it to my billing address even though I made it clear on the phone to send it to 9501 Sierra way. It has been 10 days and my order is now back in the warehouse I even called a rep and he said he fixed it and it would be there 3 days ago then I tracked it and it said its back at the warehouse I feel like I wasted 238 dollars THe House needs to take care of the customers like they say they do.

Everything went relatively smoothly. Two noted downfalls were lack of selection of snowboards in terms of brand names, and there was a minor ding on the bottom of the board upon receipt (possibly from shipment process - no padding used to support board in box???).
