Living in Alaska, is a challenge when catalog ordering, we all appreciate a USPS option for shipping and I want to thank the company for offering that. With no "Ground" option with UPS or FedEx, I simply cancel an online order when I am told at the end of the ordering process that the cost of shipping exceeds at times the cost of the item purchased. I live in Canada and was not able to purchase certain products. I know that has nothing to do with your store however frustrating that you can not ship certain "name brands" such as Burton to Canada. I also placed my order at the end of the day November 19th and have yet to receive it. It is November 26th. I have tried to track it with the tracking number but the only thing I can see is that it left International dispatch on Nov 21st. I can not call them as it is all automated and then when I tried to inquire on line I have to have a zip code and state.... Again I know this is not your problem however it is one of the issues that International clients must be facing. Thank you!
