The customer service I recieved was excellent. My shipping suprised me and arrived in just 3 days for my first order. Unfortunatly The color of the merchandise in the picture was not as it was in real life and I had to exchange it. Then when I decided to use the express shipping it has taken over 6 days when It should have only taken "4" at the most.

In the past few weeks, we have placed 3 separate orders from The-House. Two of them we completed on-line, and one we called and ordered with customer service. Customer service was awesome- they were very friendly and helpful. The on-line ordering was simple. My son loves all his new snowboarding items and we will continue to order from The-House!! Most online companies send an order shipped confirmation. I have not seen anything except that my order conformation. Order was placed on the 23rd. It would be more helpful to get a shipped message with a link to tracking. I expect it tommorrow at the latest because of the holiday. I LOVE their selection and price point. I'm sure it will be worth the wait. I think this survey would be more helpful if it were sent out after the delivery was completed. How can I acurately rate the company when I haven't seen the product yet?? The website was easy to use and their was a great selection of products. I am excited to buy more stuff from them.

I received an e-mail confirming my order and stating that it would be shipped the next day. Several days later, I received another e-mail saying that the order was cancelled. I called customer service and after 30 min on hold, ordered another product for $20.00 more (but with free shipping). However, it of course didn't come in time for Christmas.
