Selected snowboard boots were not in stock. A House rep called me to inform me of this status the next business day and reccommended a similar upgrade boot for the same sale price I would have paid for the out of stock boots. The whole transaction was handled professionally with a very caring customer service rep. Other order of snowboard boot bindings was perfect and shipped in 2 days! Great prices!

We ordered a snowboard--it was backordered until the 28th. On the 28th we got an email saying they were unable to fulfill our order. We went online to search for the borad somewhere else, and discovered it was still for sale the the house, with a different backorder date, so we ordered it again. As of today, we do not know if we are recieving the snowboard or not. NOT GOOD!!

It was a good experience, aside from most of the page being taken up by ads, and the product pictures not being good enough. I don't feel the product was represented properly, which is probably the manufacture's fault as I know they provide the pictures; however, I feel it is up to the seller to demand better representation from the manufactures.

I ordered the sunglasses on a Thursday. I only heard from you on the following Tuesday because there was no tracking information available and I emailed you because of that. Then, I was finally told that the item I ordered was out of stock. Personally, I don't think I should have been able to order them if they were out of stock, but....anyway, I had to call several times because my bank charged my credit card and it was pretty annoying. I would have liked to been told immediately that they were out of stock so I could make a different purchase somewhere else. They were a gift.

I ordered two items the same day and asked for them to be shipped together in order to save costs but this could not be done by the employees, and I was not informed.
I received an e-mail informing shipping but the shipping number was N/A so I had to claim twice untill I received an answer 4 days after.
Besides from that overall shopping experience was all right.
