I ordered the sunglasses on a Thursday. I only heard from you on the following Tuesday because there was no tracking information available and I emailed you because of that. Then, I was finally told that the item I ordered was out of stock. Personally, I don't think I should have been able to order them if they were out of stock, but....anyway, I had to call several times because my bank charged my credit card and it was pretty annoying. I would have liked to been told immediately that they were out of stock so I could make a different purchase somewhere else. They were a gift.

I ordered two items the same day and asked for them to be shipped together in order to save costs but this could not be done by the employees, and I was not informed. I received an e-mail informing shipping but the shipping number was N/A so I had to claim twice untill I received an answer 4 days after. Besides from that overall shopping experience was all right.

The black and red color scheme of the sail I purchased wasn't quite what I had ordered according to the picture on the website. I received more of a red and bright red with a white Loft logo instead of the black one. Still in all a really nice sail. I can't wait to try it.
