I live in Canada and was not able to purchase certain products. I know that has nothing to do with your store however frustrating that you can not ship certain "name brands" such as Burton to Canada. I also placed my order at the end of the day November 19th and have yet to receive it. It is November 26th. I have tried to track it with the tracking number but the only thing I can see is that it left International dispatch on Nov 21st. I can not call them as it is all automated and then when I tried to inquire on line I have to have a zip code and state.... Again I know this is not your problem however it is one of the issues that International clients must be facing. Thank you!

Received the snowboard and bindings 2 days after ordering, extremely fast for free standard shipping. I was supposed to get free headphones with the purchase, which showed up on the order receipt, but I never got them.

I dont know if I would shop at this merchant again as I have not received the article that I paid for - as well I paid extra for a quicker delivery time and the article did not arrive when it was supposed to. To date I have still not received the shipment. If the article arrives within the next business day in good condition I may choose to use this merchant again. If it still has not arrived within a few days I will not be using this merchant again!

The-House.com is the best site I have ever shopped with. I geared up on all new snowboarding gear this year and over the past 2 months I was able to get everything that you can think of from this site. Now I have all my gear ready for the snowboarding season. I work the overnight and I did not have any time to go to any stores in the Madison, WI area. They were so expensive for some items (the shops in the area). Then The-House.com provided me with over $1000 in gear for less than $$700! That's a huge savings that I am all about!

I was happy with the selection of products. I wish the items were able to come a little faster from the day I ordered it, but it was on time according to the tracking. Also, the site said I would have to sign for my package, so I waited until the afternoon of the day it was supposed to arrive. When the package did arrive, I only received a knock at the door and did not have to sign. Not a huge problem, but I would have been out riding and not waiting if I knew this.

Great shirts and clothes for the brands you offer. I skateboard and snowboard and you guys have the best snowboarding clothes but not enough skateboarding shirts. I looked through them all but still bought skateboarding shirts from skateamerica.com. Insane fast shipping but that's probably because I'm in MN. Was informed by your advertising/website on FUEL channel:)

Off hand, I don't remember what I bought. I don't want to take the time to look it up. I do remember that it was received in a timely manner and in good condition. I was satisfied with my shopping experience. You need to revise the survey. I did not complete 4 and 5 because they did not apply, but I still got a notice stating that I needed to complete those questions.
