This was the first time shopping here and all I wanted was a french fry cutter priced @ 179.00 and ended up spending $364 total.   I'm usually not an impulse buyer but everything I have been wanting to buy I bought it because it was easy to find on the web site.  I am going to recommend this site to a few of my restaurant friends.

I have enjoyed shoping at the WEBstraurant  store for some time now. Even though I have a restaurant supply store in town where I live, I find better deals, and options when I shop online with this store. Easy to find what I want on there site. Prices usually are the lowest.
I am actually able to get a human to communicate with me on the rare occasions that I need one. Good Quality products and a huge selection available.  Shipments ship out quickly.

I was referred to this site from an ebay search 'footnote' beneath the items I was reviewing.  The cost of these professional steak platters and their underplates was competitive to used steak platters and underplates designed for home use.  I felt the facts that (1) your items were new, (2) their prices were 'reasonable' and (3) that since they were designed and manufactured for restaurant use, they would retain their good appearance longer than those designed and manufactured for in-home use, made purchasing them a wise decision.

I have been looking for a good stainless or aluminum colander. Well needless to say, I not only ordered a "few colanders" but other items too. If the reviews are correct, I am excited about finding the website. I took advantage of ordering more to keep the shipping of multiple items cheaper. I would venture to say I stayed on site browsing for about 3 hrs. total. Thanks and hopefully the rest of the shopping experience will be as wonderful.

The WEBstaurant Store Online is easy to nagivate... Additionally, during business hours, it has an online chat and there is a question box on the page of the product. I used the question box and was promptly sent an email answering my query.  My purchase went smoothly, and I received an email within seconds verifying my order. The track your order is one of the best I've seen, and it lists in order the steps such as order received, order sent to warehouse, etc. All in all a great site to do business with.

I found WEBstaurant by accident looking for Finest Call Fruit Puree. I have now place 4 orders for a variety of items & used their online chat to get some answers about products they sell. Service and selection are pretty good, and shipping is fairly quick. HOWEVER, do not believe the reviews for products because they DO NOT PUBLISH NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Two cases in point were reviews I wrote for their "Heavy duty" stainless steel mixing bowls. The things were about 2/3 the weight (measured) of mixing bowls purchased at Costco. Good luck finding those reviews.

I think the selection and prices are fantastic. However, all your savings go right down the tube when it comes time to pay for shipping. Most online stores charge between 10-15% of the total purchase price, which is reasonable. Webrestaurant tacks on over 30%. WHAT??? Are they trying to make up some of the money they are discounting? I contacted them about the exhorbitant shipping fees and they sound like a bunch of robots reading off a script card. I receive packages all the time and pay on my Fed-Ex account, I know what shipping fees should be. And being the giant dealer that they are, they should have phenomenal deals with Fedex and UPS and the Post Office. It is total bull on how they are calculating the shipping. If you really want to save money - don't expect to save any money here. Yeah, their prices are great - but the products don't do you any good unless you have them in your hands. Unfortunately, once you calculate the shipping in - you have saved nothing.

Your website is very buggy.  Tried to pay with amazon payments...and then it froze.  Tried to then pay with Paypal...but it froze again, still trying to find amazon.


I started over by searching in your search bar with the EXACT item description, cut/pasted from my original purchase attempt.  The site crashed.  Search engin seems broken.

I tried to add (NOT "quick add") the companion piece to my first item and the site didn't take me to my shopping cart (as it did with the initial add of my first item).  Kept pushing the button...only to find too many added.

I final started over.

I have been buying from the Webstaurant store for about 2-3 years.
The service is terrific and the quality of the items I've purchased has been wonderful.  The prices are great, best anywhere !!  Orders have been received in plenty of time for my events and the order is always complete and just what I ordered.  Everything I've ordered has surpassed my expectations.  Shipping is really fast, I don't have to worry about getting my order. I have found just what I am looking for and even things I didn't know I wanted !!  Yet, in receiving them, they are just what I needed.

I needed to change an order a couple of hours after I had placed it, and customer service was wonderful.  Took care of my problem with absolutely no difficulty.  I was treated with respect and I appreciated not being treated like an idiot !  I am a happy purchaser and plan to always order things from Webstaurant, and look to them for quality and sometimes unusual items..

I've ordered from the WEBstaurant Store several times now.  The orders are filled very quickly, items are neatly and well packaged and the pricing is fair.  I will certainly order again in the future.  Items are also shipped in sturdy boxes that don't fall apart or tear easily unlike some other online companies.
