They had great service but my order apparently had to go freight and their tracking wouldn't track it. So after calling and no one answering I had to do live chat. They figured out that the order went freight and told me. I recommend them, they have good service but could enhance their tracking side.

Easy website to get around. Nice Product. Packages were delivered on time but soaking wet. Boxes were so wet, they were unusable as storage for the containers. I would try the company again.

I ordered pizza pans with rims, 20 of them, and what I recd were coupe pans in 2 different styles. I will not order from this website again as I didn't get what had been advertised. There was no explaination as to why the order was filled with the incorrect style of pans and I will not pay the 30% re-stocking fee to send them back. Do not contact me again.

WEBstaurant's website is super-easy to navigate. Check out is quick and easy, and you are NOT required to "subscribe" in order to purchase products from them. I value my privacy and obviously so do they. My item shipped right on time and arrived in excellent condition. I would purchase from them again without hesitation in the future. They have proven to me they are upfront, efficient and reputable and offer a multitude of products at competitive prices!

Haven't received my purchase yet, seem to be a little slow on shipping. However, order was very easy to track, so calling the company to check on the order was not necessary. Received the survey before the product, still waiting on see quality of the product.

Ordering on this site was easy since site was user friendly. Used their on-line "live help" and they responded right away. Only complaint was that I received one broken container; could have been packed better. Didnt formally complain to them since I didnt check delivery when it 1st arrived, so error was on my end. All in all, good experience, good prices, would order from them again.

I was very pleased with this purchase. I had been searching for my item for some time and finally found it at the WEBstaurant Store, and at the approx. price I was expecting to pay. The few other locations that had one were not quite what I wanted and were at least twice the price I paid for this one. I have bookmarked that site and will be back again any time I need a kitchen product.
