What customer service? Once you've ordered, you're out of luck if there's a problem.

This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered two pairs of thermal underwear on December 12th. When they still hadn't shipped a week later, I called customer service to find out why. I was told customer service wasn't available and would return my call the next day. I told them I wanted to cancel the order since it hadn't shipped. The next day, a very rude woman called and said I couldn't cancel the order. It was already processed and just had to be scanned and shipped. She said it would go out that day. That was December 19th, and it still hadn't shipped on the 20th. I gave up and bought thermal underwear at Target and emailed to complain and cancel the order. I was told they couldn't cancel the order, but that I could mark it "return to sender" when it arrived. It finally arrived December 30th. I talked to a friend online who said her mom ordered from them and there was a mistake--two items were ordered instead of one. She immediately called customer service and was told by a very rude woman that it was too late, there was nothing they could do about it. So BEWARE. Once you have placed your order, they WILL NOT CHANGE OR CANCEL IT, and they are extremely slow to ship (on top of being rude). I refuse to do business with them again.
