I found a great deal online and called the store to make sure that I could get the product asap. The guy on the phone advised me that I would be able to have my product with the UPS 3-Day Select. After placing my order it took the store 5 hours to notify UPS that a package was ready. Because they waited so long my package wouldn't arrive on time. After calling their so-called customer care the guy on the phone advised me that he doesn't deal with "issues like that." I wrote 2 emails expressing my concerns and never heard back from them. No apology, no email in return--nothing at all. I paid extra money to have it on time (as they assured me it would be here on time) and because they failed to notify UPS about it I couldn't get it on time. So if you need a package by a certain date--don't count on these guys for speediness nor customer service.

I found the people at The Traveler's Shoppes to be very helpful. They were able to help me find the perfect Tumi item I was looking for and a very neat Victorinox item to make my travels easier.

I would recommend The Traveler's Shoppes services to anyone in need of great travel and business items.
