Ordered item to take on vacation, placed order, online tracking stated order was cancelled, called company to see why, order had been lost by company and not even placed so they cancelled it online, had to call back twice for status and to get item reordered, they were going to contact manufacturer to rush order since I needed it by a certain date to take on vacation and they had already delayed so long it wouldn't be delivered in time unless they rushed it, they didn't call the vendor until days later after it had been shipped regular and not rushed, they stated they didn't want to rush it due to cost to them anyway, finally received item but couldn't assemble it due to manufacturer defect, called company again, had to call back due to no return call from them, several days later I called them againg and was referred to the manufacturer with who was very apologetic and helpful, returned damaged item, received new item which was also damaged in three different areas but we dedided to repair it ourselves and end this disaster.

The spot I have been waiting for. I had a horrible experience trying to cancel an item on the Internet. It took me three tries. I order a lot on the Internet and never had the frustration ordering as with your site. I finally spotted the telephone number and called. The rep even had problems walking me through it. He would tell me what to do and it still did not work...he would try on his end and say, "Well, it is supposed to work that way." It didn't work. Finally we got my order placed. I will probably continue to order the puppermints but will think twice about ordering anything else again.

I was really happy with the products I found on the website. And, it was easy to navigate through the items. I just wish I would have gone one step further to find out that the store was located in Downers Grove, as I was in the area the afternoon I ordered on-line. I could have just picked it up myself. Also, when the box was delivered, it was a tad mangled, but everything was there --thank goodness. Overall, I am extremely happy with your service and love the personal touch about how you all got started -- it's a nice family environment that really shows how much you care about not only animals/pets, but their owners as well. Thank you!
