I recently ordered a vanity from this website. In terms of price this INSIDESTORE website is competitive. Customer service is OK, whenever I have a question they will answer my email/phone call within a day. My purchase is special order so I know it'll take 2-3 weeks. in the 10th day i followed up with them, they said the items was broken so they have to reorder for me. they issued me credit then charge my credit card again. this is a hassle because that vanity is about $1000+, it takes about 10 days to credit my card back, in the same day they charge me again for the reorder. I know in the end i didn't pay extra, but with this big amount, it is an inconvenience and hassle. If I did not asked them about the status, I doubt that they will let me know what's going on right away.
the vanity arrived 2 weeks later. shipping company called me to make an arrangement for delivery. the item came but it is not in the color that i originally ordered!!! I found out that when the INSIDE STORE reorder this item for me, they made a mistake on ordering the wrong color. Anyways, in the end, we didn't mind that color and accepted the item. It would have been a nightmare to make another reorder again. Who knows how long this will take! The whole process took me about 1 month, and with the wrong color.
Customer service is ok, there's always someone there to pick up the phone and return your email, but i dont see that they are particularly helpful on following up with you. that they could improve.
