I strongly do not recommend this store. The pricing is enticing, but buyer beware!!

I had a very poor experience with this store. Here are the details:

1/21 Friday - Spoke with Harold and ordered the Hansgrohe panel II. He informed me that it did not come with adjustable showerhead so I asked him to hold the order.
1/21 Friday PM - I made the decision to purchase the product. When I logged on the website stated a 10% discount if order placed before 11:00 Monday.
1/24 Monday 6:48 am Pacific time - I phoned Harold to go ahead with the order and mentioned the reason I called so early was to get the 10% discount.
1/25 Tuesday I phoned to get tracking number so I could trace the package. Harold assured me it had already shipped and would forward tracking information to me. I never did receive tracking information from Harold.
1/27 Thursday AM I finally got an email from Taisha stating the item was "staged for shipment". I phoned to see how much it would be to overnight the shipment and she said she would get back to me.
1/27 Thursday PM - Fed up with the customer service at this store I decided to cancel the order. I send an email to Taisha requesting the order be cancelled.
1/28 Friday AM - Email received from Taisha indicating a 20%restocking fee if the item was already shipped. I sent a note back requesting tracking information if the item had indeed been shipped.
2/1 Tracking information finally received indicating ship date of February 1st.
2/4 Item received.
