I live in Prague and customs here didn't allow the shipment in. I tried to call the store but only got an answering machine and no one returned my calls. I filled out an on line form telling them the cigars were being returned by customs and I never got a response. Online sales and shipping were good but their customer service is non existent. Your service was great. The delivery was a problem. UPS did not deliver on time. I tracked the order and they had delayed delivery stating they did not have a correct street name. I had to call UPS and advise them the street name was correct and give them directions. I would not have been able to do this if your site's order tracking had not been excellent. I was able to read clearly what the problem with UPS was and call them to correct it. Thank you. This was their problem, not yours. I have ordered from you several times and have always received great service

The cigars came on time and as described. However, after examining the cigars I found half had cracks and breaks in the wrapper leaf by the cap. Perhaps these had dried out at some point. They were on sale though and I've been able to clip the ends so the breaks don't affect the draw.

Sent me wrong products. I have called them many times. No human answers, voice mails only. They have never returned my calls. I have sent them an e-mail through their website and received no reply. I am still stuck with the wrong products about 1 week after receiving them.

PRO:I'm enjoying the cigars immensely. Don't smoke a lot, but once or twice a week, especially when out on the golf course. CON: Was surprised that the cigars didn't come with the labels. Doesn't reduce the smoke, but thought it would have been nice to know.

Probably would shop with them again, but only if they had a better price on something than what I could find elsewhere on line. I like the selection they have, but as it turns out, they were no longer carrying what I ordered. It hadn't been deleted from catalog, though, so I ordered.. I got no follow up saying not available, and I wasn't notified of a refund that was to come until I inquired, which was several days after I should have received shipment. So, not the best process, though they quickly cleared it up once I inquired.

A small problem on the website had me order by phone.(A non-working link.) The order taker was great and took the initiave in getting the glitch on the website fixed. They also helped clarify some confusion because two products had the same name.
