VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have order on April 6, today (April 25) no cigars! I have asked for a money back, no response! THey argued that UPS has delivered my cigars to a wrong destination and that this is not their resposability. Beware this place is a joke. It says on their website a 100% money back guarantee. Yhea right! Thats if they will answer your e-mails or phone calls. After 3 e-mails and two phone calls with messages left I still have yet to get a response. How can you get a return authorization # in order to try and return something when they dont answers your messages. It seems as though they are running some kind of scam in my opinion. Stay Away. Adult Signature required via UPS is a HUGE hassle and is unnecessary. I have already paid for the cigars so "over $200" makes no sense. As for "Adult" I could certify that via web site. Having to endure repeated failed delivery attempts is not only an inconvenience for me but also results in stale cigars.
