The only complaint I have is that a phone nuber is not on any written or e-mail material. I had to navigate through the web site to get the number, not remembering my password made this more difficult. The question I had was only able to be answered by the cusomer service person.

I followed the prompts and got the texts which is the prime purpose of the site. Expedited shipping was charged on each book, though sent in a single box. I did not get offers of previous editions or data on other books other students bought along with the isbn numbers I submitted. A little prompting may be helpful and good, but I appreciate not being hounded with excessive offers.

Textbooks.com doesn't have every textbook I need for a given semester, but they always have the best price. I would not hesitate to order all my textbooks there were they available. Timely delivery and great prices. However, I bought Am Gov 2009 and paid for a NEW book but the book I received had pages ripped in the back. I called and was informed that they were sold out so I could return the book and get a refund but they weren't willing to ship me a used book and refund the difference or credit me back any amount for the book for the tears. I didn't have time to get a new book before school so I had to accept it but I feel that the customer service and support aspect of Textbooks.com is lacking.
