I was very pleased to find the book I was looking for at textbooks.com for $10-$13 cheaper than e-bay and amazon. I received the book sooner than I expected too. I will shop textbooks.com again for any books I need in the future.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Wrong book received. Called and they said correct book was in stock and will be sent to me. Received email that correct book was on the way. Then, next day received call that correct book was not in stock. Only offered a 10% credit for wrong book sent and would not honor my request for price match to another online bookstore for price that I could have gotten for the correct book (with correct ISBN).  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

Good prices and quick shipping. The only difficulty is with the payment portion of ordering. I could only use Paypal. Also, the shipping method button has issues and sends the orderer into a frustrating loop until one figures out that it's irrelevant - shipping is free. I had to reenter the order multiple times before I figured it out. The process could use a some cleaning up.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The school's bookstore had a new copy of the textbook for $200. Textbooks.com had it for almost half the price, and with the guaranteed buyback, the final price comes out to $60. I've had good experiences in the past but was very disappointed in this last purchase. I ordered a "New" textbook and when I received it, it had been written in and underlined. While it was minimal, I feel I was mislead. It wasn't advertised as "like new", but "new" which is what I expected.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

I sent my book in good condition and they told me that it was damaged and they were going to keep the book and if I want my money back I had to pay 13.00 more. It was very unfair. They didn't care about how much i spent for that book almost 80 dollars.
