TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY

Contacted Terry's Village to request their assistance in getting information on an item they use to sell which was discontinued. Asked they nicely if they would provide me the information on the vendor so that maybe I could contact them and either get the item or have them make me up one. They answered they could not because of an agreement with the vendor's not to provide information. I understood that and then asked if they could contact the vendor for me and inform them of my request and provide the vendor my contact information so that they could contact me. No privacy violation, just common sense, but a supervisor at Terry's Village said no with the same answer privacy violation. If this is customer relations or customer service this company is out of touch. No violation would have occured as it would have been up to the vendor to make contact or not. They did not want to do it because they would not have made any money on the deal. They seemed to forget about customer satisfaction if you make a customer or potential customer happy. Look at the Macy Santa that sent folks to Gimbles when Macy did not have the item or it was less expensive. Sometimes you have to give a little to get a little
