Watch out for these guys.. I placed an order for the Exilim EX-Z75 and per the website the item was available. I checked out and got a confirmation for my order (11 a.m.). At around 10 p.m. I received an email stating that they did not have the item and that I would be put on a waiting list. The camera would be available 2 weeks later (early December). Emailed to cancel my order. I'm still waiting for confirmation of the cancellation.

My initial purchase was for a camera, that camera wasn't in stock and since I wanted it for a trip I called and asked if I could switch my order to a different camera. That was accomplished and sent out within a day. My credit card statement came with the original purchase price and the cost of the replacement camera was a bit less expensive. I called and within 2 days my credit card was credited with the refund of price difference. Yes, I would most definately shop here again.

Although I told 2 people at 2 different times to ship to my work address it was shipped to my home. The only problem is there's nobody home to sign, forcing me to go to the PO which is not that close to my home. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience.

I was informed a few days after placing my order that the product I wanted was not in stock and was given the option of a few other colors. I chose another color they offered me and was informed the next day that they didn't have that in stock either and was offered a free tripod if I waited until the color came in. I cancelled my order. I don't need a tri-pod, but I do need the camera for a vacation in a few weeks.

Their website provided information necessary for accessories, etc. for purchasing a digital camera. This is my second order with this store. I found the employees very helpful with my first order as a first time customer protecting me from fraud in the use of my charge card. They were very helpful in advising me as to what to purchase at that time, too. I anticipate that my second order will arrive in good shape as the first order. Good site to work with as I ordered after store hours.

Great price, fast service, what more could you ask for. Only one discrepancy with my order. The bundle said it came with a set of two screen protecots, but there was only one in my order. Not sure if it is worth the hastle to call...still debating.
