Did not have color I ordered. They called to advise, and I switched color. But when I last looked they were still offering the not-in-stock color for sale. (They did not offer me a back-order.) Otherwise excellent service.

web site did not display full information about the product (refurbished or new) (in stock or back order). If an item is out of stock, the ordering process should catch that situation before the order is placed.

my 2nd purchase from techtoys .. previously purchased two digital cameras and have never been more than happy with the price, shipping and notifications. I haven't gotten one of those annoying upgrade calls other sites seem to be so fond of and rating sites have warned me off purchasing from those other bait and switch sites. techtoysforless is great and I would probably shop here again.

it's been 10 days since tech toys took my money and I still don't have my camera. Evidently techtoys requires signature with ups in person and three days running ups refused to level my package even though I've left signature post it's, letters, notes permitting them to leave it. My 7 tv grader was home yesterday to sign ( at 7 pm after I'd waited ALL day from 8-7 to sign for I bc I need the camera for work!) and they would nor leave it with him!! Crazy.

I recently purchased a digital camera from TechToysForLess.com. I got a great deal on an 8MP camera with a 5 piece bonus for an incredibly low price. Their website is well laid out and easy to navigate. I was impressed by the quick turnaround I received on my order considering it had to be shipped to Canada. I am not sure if I would buy from Tech Toys again. I sent an e-mail asking why I haven't received my order, yet because it should have been here a week ago; and I received no reply from Tech Toys. Like I said, USPS was supposed to deliver this by last Wed. or Thurs. but I still have not received my product.

I ordered a camera and was later told that the colour of the camera i ordered wasn't available. They emailed me that they have gray color and said that reply back if i had any questions. I didn't have any questions thinking that gray would be ok. Later i was sent an update that my order was cancelled and upon my follow up they informed me that they dont have the camera anymore in stock. The most interesting part is i always see the product in stock on the website.

Tech Toys offered the best All Round package for a Casio digital camera that was wanted for my Daughters Birthday. This included camera, spare battery, 1Gb SD card, slim line leather case. All good as expected except the case which was not what was expected - leading to only cpmplaint which is lack of breakdoen photos of inclusive package. I Would shop there again if they offered the best deal.

The product I require was out of stock so they asked me if I wanted to wait three weeks or cancel, I decided to wait as it was such a good price. Also it was good of them to inform me of the delay and offer me to stay with them or not. Question 2, I do not know if I recieved the goods in good condition because I have not recieved them yet.

I ordered a casio point and shoot from TechToysForLess on Thursday Mar 13 at 10:30 PM. It arrived through USPS Priority mail on Monday Mar 17. Rarely have I ever had that kind of turn around in online purchases. I was expecting the typical sales call that comes with the territory of buying from camera websites, but they did not call or email me any high pressure sales offers. I got a great deal and fast delivery. What else can I say I was amazed.
