The merchant (Tech for Less) was out of the item. They immediately arranged for another vendor to complete the order. I ordered on a Sunday and had the mechandise in hand by Friday. It was extraordinary service. On top of that, I cannot see how they could have filled this order under these circumstances without taking a loss. I couldn't be more impressed with their follow-through!

The product I received was not in the condition discribed, however the merchant credited back my whole purchase including shipping. I was very satisfied with their response time and their customer service. I will definitely purchase from this vendor again.

I had a question as to the status of my order. I called and the first person I talked to, checked my order status immediately and then transferred me to someone who could give me more details. There was no waiting, as I was never placed on hold, and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Not to mention the speedy delivery of my order. They even supply a handy information card that has their customer service number on it for reference. I am very impressed. I would definitely do more business with Tech for Less. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a RCA business phone from them a week. Received it today and I open the box and..

1. There is no retail box
2. No manual
3. Some accessories are missing
4. The phone looks like it went through a war. scratches everywhere and the craziest part it is the area where you can write contacts for quick dial already has peoples name written on them.

I can't believe a real store would send an item like this out. I am going to trash this piece of crap and go buy it locally. I would contest this order but I will just write it off as a loss and move on. Horrible...

I purchased a digital camera to give as a gift, however, after obtaining the camera at a very competitive price, delivered in a timely manner, the camera malfunctioned after a very brief use. We easily reached customer service by phone, and they were very polite and helpful, and within four days, a new camera was delivered and working. These people are accessible and very willing to help if you have a problem with your purchase. Highly recommended.

My experience was great. I ordered factory sealed Motion Tablet for $500 less than best price I could find on internet. It arrived in Canada 3 days later and it was brand new factory sealed tablet working great. I did not have to deal with customer service so I cannot comment how this service is.

Bought a Dell UPS (APC DL725VT) which based on the description on Tech for Less's website was indentical to APC's BE725BB which included APC's power management software and also provided protection for cable connections however indeed the APC DL725VT was missing both important (to me) features. When I point this out to customer support they not only agreed to swap my APC DL725VT for a BE725BB they also paid for shipping both ways (to return the DL725VT) and to ship the BE725BB (2 day). I couldn't be happier

I was skeptical at first when shopping online @ techforless.com for a CRU DATA PORT Case (Model #: 8301-5200-1000). On their web site, its shows they have 40 of these cases in their inventory and I had to make sure they had them. Called up customer service and got on the phone with Titus and sure enough they did. Ordered the item on Wednesday w/UPS ground and got it 2 days later on Friday.

Good customer service. Fast Delivery. I am going to definitely shop here again.

The purchase went very well. However, you might want to direct your shipping company not to place parcels next to the garage door. We backed out, crushing the box; fortunately this item was not fragile and escaped damage.

The merchandise was supposedly a scratch and dent. I saw nothing of the sort. It appeared to be in absolutely perfect condition. I did not need to contact anyone at Tech for Less, so there is no way of knowing what customer service is like. I would shop with them again.

Tech for less had the printer at substantial savings. It was delivered so quickly I haden't gotten around to tracking the package yet. One other vendor had the printer at the same price (within pennies). This was my first experience with Tech for Less. I chose Tech for Less beacuase they have a good merchant rating at the shopping site I used to find them.

wanted ipod video and thought that was what I got but ended up with ipod 4th generation. Also, I paid 40 extra dollars for expedited shipping to I could have ipod day before I flew but it didn't show up till after I'd left.

I was shopping for a keyboard manager. I stumbled across tech for less and the prices were outstanding. I found a Fellowes Keyboard Manager (fully adjustable and articulating). My order was processed with email confirmation and tracking. It arrived within a couple of days and customer service was great. All of my parts were included. I received directions, parts, cushions and all screws. Considering I saved well over $100.00 (including shipping) AND got a great product, I would recommend them to anybody. My entire order came to just over $33.00.
