Tech for Less

About a month ago I was shopping for an Oki color laser printer. I happened upon a refurbished one at Tech For Less and I could not believe their price. It was about half the retail price, and less than I could get it for used on eBay (and the eBay auction didn't include new toners).

I placed my order and it arrived quickly. It was in working order and I was satisfied.

A few weeks later, a problem developed. I called the manufacturer and they indicated that I needed a new drum, and since I bought it refurbished, it was not covered under their warranty and that I should call the vendor.

Oh boy, I thought. This will get me no where. But I really didn't care because it would still be a good deal even if I had to pay for the new drum. I called Tech For Less. I told them what Oki said. They did not give me any hassle at all. However, they said that they did not have it in stock and would have to order it. Said it would take 1-2 weeks.

I was so amazed that they were actually going to replace it with no problem that I was more than satisfied. However, the next day I received an email saying my drum had been shipped. It arrived two days later.

Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They did what they said they would do, and actually did better.

Their service was far better than I would have expected even if I paid full retail. I will no doubt buy from Tech for Less again. And again. And again...
