Tech Chief

The people that work at this company provide the most helpful customer service that I have ever encountered in online retail. At first I had written them off, but I left a msg and they called within twenty minutes, the next day i was holding my router. They have made two follow up calls since I had some initial difficulty using it and did not push products on me either time. Very impressed.

My Christmas was in jeopardy, I had promised my kids a wirelss set-up and a different online site (CCC, stay away folks) had turned out to be thieves. Ordered Dec. 22 and got the package Christmas Eve. Thanks guys!

Would recommend these guys without hesitation. They process your order on the same day it's made to get you your stuff as soon as possible, which was two days for me. I received an email confirmation, then about a week after getting my package I got a follow-up call checking on my satisfaction. Really focused on customer service!

This company really showed their concern for my business when I called with several confusing questions they put me on hold only briefly and then explained all pertinent issues, this is not something that happens to me with online companies very often, usually they cannot even speak english, but I am very impressed with Tech Chief.

This company is well run. very impressive customer service - at noon I ordered a router with an incorrect number of ports, and at 4PM realized my mistake & called. CS rep polite & obviously well trained. The correct order went out that day, shipped the next day and I got it the day after that. good to find an online store operating this way.

Fantastic service! Placed order at 5PM EST & received it at 9AM the next day and I didn't even pay a shipping premium. I know they probably have a warehouse right nearby, but someone at Tech Chief is really on top of things. I had an email confirmation of my order within 15 minutes of placing it, but I didn't expect it to be filled so fast. I'll gladly do business with them again.
