problem was, that the screws were very, very bad quality, it was almost imposible to put the table together.. Service, tracking order was good but the quality of the product was a little dissapointing...

The product arrived on time and as described. The only hitch was with the delivery tracking. The package showed it was still at a processing center early in the journey for four days over a holiday weekend. However, it was still delivered on the promised day. In the end no harm no foul. I would certainly recommend teak, wicker, and more.

Received the wrong color hammock but decided to keep it instead of paying to send it back. My order forms confirmed that I ordered a green hammock, I was sent a black hammock.

If you are expecting to receive your order in a timely manner, look elsewhere.  Ordered on the 8th of January and was told was in stock.  As of 14th, order still did not ship.  I called and was told it is now in stock, ready for delivery; so I guess it wasn't in stock on the 8th.  I called to cancel the order but was told order had been shipped, although UPS told me the shipping information had been sent for pickup but the package had not been picked up.  They would not cancel the order, and told me in order to cancel I would have to pay the shipping even though it had not been shipped from the warehouse yet.  Item were about $15 less than other companies on a $450 order, but I would rather be told the truth and now wish I ordered from somewhere else to have my stuff in a timely fashion.  Will never buy from again and do NOT recommend...

The product was on back order but I was immediately told of the delay and it was delivered as soon as it became available which was only a week or two after the original delivery date. It arrived with a minor imperfection in the finish. I was completely satisfied with the handling of this problem through the customer service department. I reported this problem yesterday and a replacement part has already been shipped. I love the bench and it seems very sturdy and well made. I would definetly order from Teak, Wicker and More again.

I was told that the plant stands would be shipped by Jan. 10 and they were not shipped until Jan. 14 and only after I called three times inquiring when my order would be shipped. One person I spoke to told me she would contact the warehouse and find out where my order was. She said she would call me with the information and she never did. Why cannot merchants tell you the truth about your orders??

Wrong item delievered. Correct item sent but without notification. Plus I received two additional fire pits that same day - add those two to the wrong one and I have three fire pits that I have to haul out for UPS to pick up. UPS recording called on Friday - would be p/u between 8-5 I work and I am preparing for the holidays and am not home every day. I do not feel comfortable leaving three fire pits outside. But I will once the holidays are over.
