I think it is a great idea to survey our customers and I would be happy to answer your questions but I have not received my purchase yet. Maybe you need to add some questions about how long it takes items to be shipped. I received an e-mail on 10/16 saying it was shipped and it should arrive in 7-10 business day it is 2 November and the package still has not arrived.

Very acceptable. My only difficulty was with the product
itself. The area the screen door was secured to, gets full
sunshine in the afternoon and the gummed velcro fasterner
peeled off from the heat. I improvised and nailed the
velcro to the frame.

The item was for an Oct. 22 birthday, and initially delivery was listed for Oct 20- which was fine. Then I received an e-mail that the item would be shipped on Oct. 20 with expected delivery for Oct. 27-- past the birthday. That was the only "problem" but I printed the item description and enclosed it in the birthday card so the recipient knew what was coming.

Question #6 needs to have an N/A or NEITHER in the answer. I did not need to do a phone call or a mail-in form to complete my order. The order was confirmed by Taylor Gifts by e-mail and received within the specified time. There was no rebate on this particular order.

Very dissatisfied! Not only did they send my initial order to the wrong address which they now blame ups for the error. The deferred payment which was requested ended up being charged on my card which they denied that I requested in the first place. I still haven't received the reorder and the initial phone order was called in on 9/10 and now the reorder is to be received by 10/26 after numerous calls requesting the status and the reasons for the delay. Have requested my name to be taken their mailing list and will definitely not do business with this company again. Speaking with customer service rep have been nothing less than frustrating due "your word" vs "their word"; if as stated on their phone their calls may be recorded, I only hope that it was because this is not customer servicing! I work retailing and my company would never put up with the handling of my order like I've encountered with this company.

I placed an order on-line for a birthday gift on 10/09/06. I had since checked the status, and it showed "shipped". On 10/19/06, I was notified via e-mail this item was on back order. I sent them an e-mail inquiry.
On 10/24, I received an e-mail saying the item is no longer available and the order is being canceled. Updated 11/11/06: Since I had received notice 10/24 that the item was no longer available and the order was canceled, I assumed no further action was necessary and ordered the item elsewhere. Today, I received a postcard in the mail from Taylor Gifts saying "Unfortunately there will be a delay to the shipment of product listed. We will ship within the next 30 days or advise you of any other delay". They said if I didn't want to wait and would like to cancel the order, either return the postcard or call customer service (providing a number to call that is not toll-free). They were closed when I tried to call, so I am going to attempt to cancel the order via e-mail. |

The on-line experience was a mess. Even though I was provided with an order number, the order was not processed. . I had to call in the order by phone to get it done. Phone experience great. On-line experience terrible. I tried to track the original order number but could not because I needed a password. When I E-mailed for a password, I got no response. The only reason I checked yes on the similar purchase is that your product matches my set.

Disappointed in the product. Called a coupon folder, but it wouldn't hold lots of coupons. Should have been made to expand. Also in addition to shipping and handling an additional $1.00 was added to quarantee reshipping if required. If this was included in shipping it may not have bother me as much, but a separate line entry that can't be deleted. I also wrote to customer service, but never received a reply. Why ask if your not going to answer.

I PURCHASED TWO CELING FANS FROM TAYLOR GIFTS AND THE TOTAL WITH SHIPPING WAS $37.93.
I RECEIVED PRODUCT FLYERS FROM STARCREST OF CALIFORNIA TO FIND THE EXACT CELING FAN I COULD HAVE PURCHASED FOR $11 EACH AND NO SHIPPING CHARGES. I HAD ORDERED ONE FROM THEM AND IT WAS IDENTICAL TO THE TWO YOU SENT ME.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO THINK THAT YOUR COMPANY CHARGES SO MUCH MORE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS.

I received a large flimsy box yesterday (8/16) that had only two of the items of the four items shipped still in it. The box had come open at both ends. UPS said they would investigate, but I have heard nothing. I am very unhappy with the way the order was shipped. And the two cellphone flashlights were supposed to have a reduced price for ordering two, but the regular price was charged.
