Merchandise was damaged when received. Wasn't packed properly. Gate was broken and damaged with a big hunk of wood missing.
Earring holder was misleading and was cheap looking. Was hard to get earrings on and off. Would only hold studs or very small earrings.

rec'd lites, cordless can opner,lid/bottle opener, spagetti steamer within 10 dayw or less(ordered 2-19-07). the slicer/dicer was ordered about 5 min. before and still has not arrived.

I have had a horrible experience with Taylor Gifts. Not only was my credit card number stolen through using their supposed "secure" site, but the items I ordered in December 2006 have yet to arrive (March 2007). I ordered 6 things and 2 of them showed up in February (and the packing slip claimed that 3 of them were included... they were trying to rip me off). When I called to enquire about the missing items, the rep said they were showing as sent, but that he would re-send because I didn't get them. Well, that was a month ago and I still don't have them. I'm tempted to just cancel the missing items and ask for a refund (although I doubt they would even process THAT!)

The shippment contents were subject to export restrictions and the package was returned to sender. I beleive they should have know before hand the merchandise had export restrictions. I do not feel I should have been charged for the shipping for their incompetence. My account was credited for the merchandise but not for the shipping. which cost me $13.00. on a $19.00 item

8 days after submitting my order on-line, I received an e-mail stating ALL 3 of the items I had ordered were not in stock and on BACKORDER. I could not understand the liklihood of ALL 3 items being out of stock. I was bewildered as to WHY a company would advertise items not in stock, to me that is false advertisment and illegal. Not to mention the fact it took over a week to receive an e-mail on the status of the order, disgusted, I cancelled my order and have no desire to do business with this company, ever.

I paid $30 for express delivery - order was shipped 10 days after order was placed. Called customer service 2 times and they could have cared less. I did finally get a $10 shipping credit. Then received product and the screws were broken and product was very bad quality. Taylor Gifts wants your money but not produce the product in a timely fashion and the product quality is cheap.

After I made the initial online order, I could not track the shipment as the Taylor website said there was no such order. A call to Taylor reps indicated it had been given to UPS but when I tried to track its shipment there was no action for about a week. It was very frustrating. .

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Rigth after I purchased the 5 way sofa bed, it went on sale. I called and was told that Taylor Gifts would do a credit to my charge card for $15, which was the difference from the price I paid and the new sales price. I have not seen the credit, as of today 2/15/07, but I just called on 2/9/07. I am hoping that I'll see it soon.

I didn't have a problem with Taylor Gifts,but I did have a minor problem with the product I ordered. The problem is that if you park your car where the back of your car is facing toward the sun the device will start making noise as if you are backing up. There is nothing on the package that tells you this.

After waiting several weeks, I checked the UPS tracking number which says 'billing information received' but no info on delivery. I tried Taylor's website - I can't even find a history of my order. I called customer service - they could not tell me whether or not the items had shipped and re-shipped the items. I still have not received the items. I will not shop there again.
