Shopping online at taylorgifts was a nightmare. They are a shady and unethical company. I placed an order in the begining of December, everything was in stock. They stated it would be delivered the next week. After a week and nothing, I checked online, there was a tracking number, i clicked on it and it said it was invalid! I thought that was odd, so I called customer service. I got a rude woman on the phone and I asked why I had a invalid tracking number. She said it was being shipped that day and was just not on the truck yet. Hmmmm, thought that was odd but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Week later nothing, so I check again and click on the tracking number, again, invalid!! I called all day to get ahold of someone and could not reach anyone. Called the next day and reached another horrible customer service rep. She explained that the order was on backorder. BACK ORDER!!!!!!! I was told last week is was shipped and a week later its on back order!?!?!?! Does not make sense. When I ordered it everything was in stock. I wanted to know why i was being told a bogus story and the woman laughed at me and forwarded me to a manager. This infuriated me. I checked online and came across a ton of complaints on this company, all the same. I called again to cancel the order because something does not seem right. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me. I asked to have the order cancelled and they said they would... Lets see if it happens. I'm getting my credit card re-issued with a new number because I do not trust those people with my credit card number at all!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, TRUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!! THey are horrible and should be put out of business.
