Taylor Gifts have extremely poor service. I was told twice, after placing order, that it was on its way only to find out it had never been processed. I was given a tracking number after I inquired as to the whereabouts of the package. When I went on line to track it, I found out the tracking number did not exist. I then called back again, they gave me a different tracking number. When I went on line to track it, it had just left their facility. This was after four phone calls and 16 days had gone by. After I was told it would be delivered to my home by certain date, the day came and went but the package never arrived. When it finally did arrive,three days later, the box was crushed, so I did not accept package. It took two months (after calling several times) to get a partial refund. I was still charged the $12.00 postage, even though their shipping department was the one that packaged the item so poorly. The box was very thin,and even the UPS delivery man said he had never seen a package so poorly boxed for shipment. I have never dealt with a company that can come up with so many excuses as to why something hasn't been shipped or hasn't arrived at its destination. Believe me, I will NEVER do business with them again.
