After reading the other reviews here, I consider myself lucky that I canceled my order before placing it! I thought it was worth sharing the reason I canceled my order, as it was quite disturbing.
I was starting the checkout process and entered my shipping address. My work address is rather non-standard, and Taylor Gifts automatically offered to change my address into a "properly formatted" one. The only problem is -- it was offering up someone else's name and address! The only thing we had in common was first name and metropolitan area. So suddenly I'm looking at the name and address information of one of their other customers!
I stopped my order right then and there. I wrote them to tell them of this problem, even including a screen capture showing what happened, and they didn't bother to respond.
One other thing bothered me -- even though it's not mentioned in their policies before you place an order, they tried to tack an extra 98 cents on to my order for "prompt replacement of items damaged in transit." I don't know about you, but I don't appreciate sneaky charges, even when they're small, and I don't want to pay up front for something that the company and the shipping carrier should take care of anyway!
Taylor Gifts looks like bad news. Stay away.
