The shopping on-line is well-organized and the delivery is excellent. I have no complaints and only praise for that. The problem I have is that I happen to like styles that aren't all the rage and so it's terribly difficult to find what I like to wear. When I received the skirt I ordered (and Tafford is one of the few companies that carries any kind of skirt at all) it didn't fit but I was able to alter it easily. It wasn't something I could have exchanged because the problem was that the waist size was the same as the hip size. What were they thinking? There was elastic at the back but it needed to be all the way around the waist. I checked every company on line and couldn't find a skirt with full elastic waist in the color I need.

Tafford offers excellent quality scrub at reasonable cost. O ne thing that does irratate me though is I recently ordered a jacket and matching scrubs for my co-worker. I get the order confirmation by email and when they send me a shipping confirmation it states the jacket is no longer available! I would like to have the option at that time as to whether I want the rest of the order, since it a coordinating ensemble. Thank you.

The problem was I ordered an XLT and the plastic bag said XLT but the pants were an XST. I also asked about the amount of points that I had earned for the Scrub Club so that I could order more, but the person that answered the phone stated she did not know and that the company was behind schedule in getting this information out to customers.
