This merchant Has a Great customer service. But the merchant ships with usps BUT charges extra shipping charge if you try to ship to a usps po. box. That makes no sense to my.

I was very pleased with their site and the product. However, the item was out of stock when I first went on line and again several days later. I sent customer service an email asking when they expected the item to be in stock and did not get a reply. After continuing to periodically check the item was finally available but it would have been nice to at least have heard from customer service.

One of the two items I ordered was incorrectly described in the on line catalogue. I wasted time and money on an item I didn't want. I don't think I will order much on-line because I need to see the item before I buy it. It's too costly to buy on line. Prices are usually the same as in the store or slightly cheaper, but shipping is very high and eliminates any savings and adds to the price. Then if the item isn't what you wanted, or is incorrect or doesn't fit or a myriad of problems that occur when you don't actually see, feel, try on,etc. the item, return shipping charges are incurred and it is really an expensive proposition. So far the only things I have been happy with were clothing purchases I made where I had seen the item in atore, but they were out of a color I wanted or I tried on a different color in the correct size and then ordered the size I needed that the store was out of, but since I tried on the item in another color, I knew it would fit. Almost all other purchases have proven to be a waste of time and money.

I am still waitng for the correct items so, my opinion is on hold --- just like my order! If they arrive soon, as my indicated by "Mike" when I called them, I will be glad they finally came and I would trust TableandHome.com in the future... if not, no way and I will have to call my credit card to stop payment.

They told me things ship usually in 3 days. After almost two weeks it hadn't shipped and they didn't tell me so I sweated out a thanksgiving arrival the day before thanksgiving. The items made it but why it took so long no one could tell me.

it held nor it's dementions. Had I known, I would not have

I ordered from this site because of the large flashing "orders ship same day" that was a banner on their site. As it turned out, it took 1 full week before the order shipped out. When I called to inquire, the customer service rep very coldly said "it's problems with the vendor" and offered nothing else. Then I sent in an email to express my frustration and got a nice email back that said they would send it the next day. When I checked UPS, there was yet another delay. The whole experience was a headache... all over a plush stuffed animal that was available on plenty of other sites. I would not recommend this site at all.

They need to improve their process for communicating delays. It should be communicated in a trigger or manually created email and it should appear in the customer's account should they log in to view the status of an order.
The delays were not the fault of Table and Home, but the fact that they did not communicate this with me combined with the fact they have only one customer service rep who was out sick and, ultimately unresponsive to my requests, made this an unsatisfactory shopping experience.

I had a very bad experience with this company. When you call, you get an answering machine message that says it is their corporate office. I doubt that because when I did finally reach them, they answered "hello." They moved their warehouse and didn't send out my order as they were too busy with their move. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I would suggest to NEVER order anything from this store. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I have called numerous times to check status. Only twice did I speak to a live person to see why it hadn't shipped and he could only tell me that he would have to check into it and call me back. Still waiting for that call back...it has been over a week now. When I call the so-called store now, no one answers the phone at any of the extensions. I have left messages on some voicemail boxes (still no call back) & some of the vm boxes are full, so you can't leave a message. I have now contacted the credit card company and told them to not pay these people. Absolutely disappointed with the customer service here and would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use them again.

Ordered a Russ Berry button doll. Arrived in a box doubled over in a carton far too small for the doll, so horrible packaging & presentation! I called to complain, and the rep basically said they'd never had any problem with it before. I responded by asking to return it for a full refund. After a week, heard back from her. Long story short, I spoke with the company owner, then back to the customer service rep, and after many emails and 3 weeks of aggravation, I FINALLY got a 25% discount credited to my credit card. Never in all my 15+ years shopping the web have I had such poor customer service, and I would never shop there again, and certainly would never recommend them to anyone I like!

I am having a horrible time with TableandHome.com. I waited 2 months for my dishes. They arrived 10 days ago in pieces. They were packed in only cardboard - no bubble wrap. The box was not marked fragile. Now I can't get anyone to call me back. The girl I was dealing with --I found out today is no longer with the company. Then I found the same dishes (Noritake Colorwave in Suede) $86.00 cheaper on the Bed Bath and Beyond site. I will NEVER order from them again. I would give them zero stars - Nada. None.

They sent me an email offer with a coupon code for 15% off that didn't work. I ended up making my purchase and then I received another email offer with another coupon code for $10 off over orders over $75. I called and inquired about an adjustment and they said no. Any retailer would have honored their offered and made an adjustment. My purchase was over $100. I would not buy from TableAndHome again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They use bait and switch tactics.

They refunded my purchase and I was greatful for that. The company was hard to reach during their business hours, and they never returned my calls. I had to always call them. They told me that they were in the process of changing their warehouse or something, but still they could have been polite and returned my calls. I would have respected a company that would have done that. They may be fine to shop with now, but I will not.

I just recently cancelled my order and as of yet did not hear from them. The only response from them was item was back ordered but no one emailed me to let me know this until I emailed them. There seemed to be some problem with the site also when I tried to email them again.

I have no idea how prompt their service is or the quality of their products {they looked fine which is why I ordered} as I encountered the rudest jerk ever,in on-line sales. Afer placing the order I decided I wanted to change a few items but when I called & sent e mails before they shipped, I was advised by the {charming fellow?} at this company to be more careful when I ordered. I WILL BE VERY CAREFUL ALRIGHT; I WILL ORDER WHERE THE EMPLOYEES DON'T RIDICULE ME AS IF I AM AN IDIOT.
