I ordered from this site because of the large flashing "orders ship same day" that was a banner on their site. As it turned out, it took 1 full week before the order shipped out. When I called to inquire, the customer service rep very coldly said "it's problems with the vendor" and offered nothing else. Then I sent in an email to express my frustration and got a nice email back that said they would send it the next day. When I checked UPS, there was yet another delay. The whole experience was a headache... all over a plush stuffed animal that was available on plenty of other sites. I would not recommend this site at all.

Ordered about a dozen items. Never got them. Merchant cancelled the order after about 3 weeks, withou notifying me. Never responded to any emails during those three weeks or one after cancellation. Still have no idea why the order was cancelled by the merchant. Stay away from this merchant.

I had a very bad experience with this company. When you call, you get an answering machine message that says it is their corporate office. I doubt that because when I did finally reach them, they answered "hello." They moved their warehouse and didn't send out my order as they were too busy with their move. I DO NOT recommend this company.

We ordered the Curious George Plush a week before my son's first birthday, but since we didn't want almost as much as the purchase price for shipping, we got the least expensive, which could take up to two weeks. It got to us in less than five days, and that was from Seattle to Indianapolis.

I found this site with an on-line search and they had not only the type of stuffed dog I needed to match a little boys outfit, but it was even more adorable than it's picture. Delivery was immediate and I'm very pleased with the entire experience!!!

They sent me an email offer with a coupon code for 15% off that didn't work. I ended up making my purchase and then I received another email offer with another coupon code for $10 off over orders over $75. I called and inquired about an adjustment and they said no. Any retailer would have honored their offered and made an adjustment. My purchase was over $100. I would not buy from TableAndHome again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They use bait and switch tactics.

The price on the Vivaldi glasses was cheaper than anyone else. On top of that, shipping was only $.97. I received the package in a week which in my mind was very fast shipping. Would definitely buy from these folks again.

I was looking for a cute backpack, suitable for a 2 year old. They had the best selection I saw online. The backpack arrived a few days after placing the order, and I was pleased with it. It was exactly like it was represented online. Their website is user friendly also.

I placed my order online at 2:00 in the morning on the 26th. My order was processed and shipped by 2:50 pm also on the 26th and was delivered to my office by noon on the 27th. It arrived several days before I had expected it to and I did not request expedited service or shipping. TableandHome.com's customer service is outstanding and obviously well organize to process orders quickly.
