I ordered a small TV stand and they sent me the next size. A larger tv stand. This was a gift to my mother. I did not take it back because of the hassle of shipping it. Tha stand does work and my mom has adjusted to the size.

The headboard we received was cracked and chipped on the top so we had to contact the manufacturer to have a new piece sent. We have not received the new piece yet as they said it would take a couple of weeks. Otherwise, the service we received was good.

The stand arrived damaged - It was not due to shipping because it waas packed well with no external damage. The manufavcturer replaced the damaged parts.
