TechOnWeb had many very good reveiws. I did know I would be charged a restocking fee if I did not want the product. I was sure I wanted it. I did not realize that I would be stuck paying to return a heavy product if it arrived dead on arrival. I paid $30 to have it shipped to me. Now I have to take it to the shipper and pay to have it shipped back to them. They also want me to " please do not write on manufacturer boxes. All products must be complete, including all components, accessories, cables, software, and manuals." So I wonder if it gets shipped out again! Since I ordger paper and it came separately, and it is not defective I am stuck with it.

Ordering from the website was efficient. They emailed me the tracking number upon shipment. I tracked it that day. Delivery was as promised and on-time. All product was received in NEW condition with adequate packaging for protection during shipment. I would rate them as excellent. This was my first experience with TechonWeb, but their referral rating was high. Their prices were also very competitive. It was a pleasant experience.

I purchased the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers on Dec 16 as a gift for my wife. Navigating through the website and ordering was easy. On the next day, The paypal payment was processed and the order was shipped as well. FedEx ground tracking number was provided and tracking was very intuitive and straight forward. Overall, everything went smoothly and the heavy box arrived earlier than expected on Dec 19. While there are small dents in corners of the cardboard box, the speakers are well protected and suffered no visible damage. My wife has been using the speakers continuously and they are working great. No complaint whatsoever.

I ordered on the web, since the merchandise was shown in-stock. I received a confirmation email. Then, I received a further email advising me that the items were backordered. Even that email was indicating that both items were in-stock (!). I cancelled my order.

First, the site was easy to find and use. I needed a lamp for my projecter. I did a lot of searching on the net, and decided to buy from TechOnWeb. The lamp was available, it was sent out quick,(good thing, mine was over 2000 hours), and arrived in good shape. I haven't had to use customer service because this order went fine. TechOnWeb will be the first place I look for whatever I might need.

Awesome for me! I've bought quite a few things from buy.com & Fry's outpost.com and they're very hard to beat. However, after checking here at epinions I found that even though the other shops offer free shipping & techonweb didn't they were still cheaper! Maybe not on every item but for me at least being in LA techonweb's ground service in TX was shipped out after the 3pm cut off & I got it in 2 days!

I like shopping at techonweb because the selection is good, the pricings are good and the shipping is fast. I have made three purchases recently from techonweb. However, the last one was a little strange. Normally techonwb tells you when your package ships and you get a tracking number. This last time, I did not get that email until after the package had been delivered. Even so, I will come back.

The shipping was a combination UPS/USPS. For several days the package was delayed or "lost" or unaccounted for in the shipping process. It should have arrived sooner either by UPS or USPS alone.

I found the Plantronics CT-12 wireless headset on their site through a PriceGrabber search. They had the lowest delivered price by a fair margin.

Their site is well organized and provides shipping information without requiring full checkout. The headset shipped and arrived and quickly in perfect condition. They provided excellent status updates via email and whole process was absolutely painless. The experience was definitely better than a lot of the better known online stores I've dealt with. I had never heard of them before and was somewhat dubious when their price was lower than anywhere else, but I would definitely buy from them again.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. Communication was great. I received the product in 6 days and that included a weekend. I had no problems setting up the printer and it is working fine so far. I hope it stays that way. I have not had to work with their customer service yet so I cannot rate that. But if the opportunity arises, I will post a review.

The service was good. no complaints. delivery was as promised. I did however, order the wrong part by mistake. To my chagrin, I was penalized about $21 for my mistake by the restocking man (even though i left the packaging sealed). One thing to remember, when ordering on-line know what you need or suffer the consequences.

Placed order, received quick notification that the shipping address was not approved by the credit card company. I contacted the credit card company, had the address approved, then notified Technoweb, and the order was processed promptly. I appreciate their commitment to fighting credit card fraud.

Did extensive on line checking to see not just pricing, but who provided satisfactory service without any negative reviews. TechOnWeb had great reviews and so we decided to try them - will have no problems returning for additional business as needed. The service was prompt, professional and very satisfactory. We are a small distribution business and need dependability in our suppliers just as we are to our customers. Very pleased with the Lexmark E250dn. Reviews were not plentiful on this model but the few I located led me to feel that this model would meet our requirements in the office - we network three computers to the Lexmark as well as to a color ink jet and wanted something more efficient than an ink jet for the many papers we print out that do not require color, and have the laser set for draft quality for daily needs and are very pleased with the quality of the print. When we need something "professional for presentation work we either change the quality of the lexmark or switch to the ink jet which has full capabilities.
