I order a ViewSonic G220FB monitor. I found it easily on their site, did some comparison shopping and order. I was kept informed of the order process and received my order within a week. I was happy with the experience and would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a Celestix One FV100 firewall listed on their website, they billed my Visa account but they were not authorized to sell this equipment. Why was it then listed on their website! By the time they refunded the purchase, the Canadian exchange rate fluctuated and it ended costing me about $20 for something I never received!

I bought a $500 HP printer from TechOnWeb for $438. It was positively the best price I could find, including shipping, either online or local discount retail. But it was a new product and even the big local retail chains were out of stock. I called TechOnWeb directly and they moved heaven and earth to find one. They shipped out the next day. Thanks, I needed that!

Placed a pre-order on a laptop and a wireless access point. Release date on the laptop came and passed. Stock was indicated on their website but my order remained in backordered status. Cancelled the TechOnWeb order, went to another online store, placed the same order with them, got a lower price, and it shipped next day. Website gives no indication of quantity in stock or a projected release date for new items.

I placed an order for a Brother printer memory (KTB-HL100/128, invoice #: 199917) on 2/18/2004. Today (3-2-2004) I still have not received the merchandise, nor have I received any notification from the vendor. I called two times. The firs time (about five days ago), I was told that the item was in the warehouse. The second time (today), the agent could not find any further information, but promised he would do his best to find out tomorrow.

Well, this is at least hopeful. Will update on the results.

They sent out the memory after I called, and I got it today. The memory works, so it ends well.

TechOnWeb had a great price for the Creative Labs MegaWorks THX 2.1 250D Computer Speakers. I place the order, standard shipping, and I had them within two days, in perfect condition. I had no problems with the transaction, the process was speedy, the price was right, and with luck I will not need to test customer support.

This is the worst experience I've had. Paid $68.00 for a logitech wireless headset and $28,00 for 2nd day delivery. my money was taken from the bank(debit card) on Feb. 5th and today is the 9th of Feb and I still haven't received my order which was placed on Feb. 02

Bought a Canon Lide 50 flatbed scanner on Tuesday, which was listed in stock. The scanner shipped the next day (Wed) and received on Friday. Great job! Very happy with the experience. I did call their customer service as I hadn't received an email w/in 24 hr and was informed that the scanner had shipped and that they hadn't received the tracking number to send me. Did receive that email by the end of the day. Great experience, and will use these folks again!

Ordering is simple and accurate, dilivery was on time, customer service although no personal contact was established the hitech way of ordering was nice. Packaging of the item was not very well proformed, package was loose in larger box with padding for preventing damage was lacking in a major way. On a scale of 1 to 10 satisfaction was an 8.
