I purchased an HP L7680 All-in-One printer from Tech On Web in August of 2007. Tech On Web shipped the package by Federal Express Ground Service and provided e-mails with shipping confirmation as well as tracking information and a link to Federal Express Ground so I could follow the progress. The shipping charges were less than I expected. The printer arrived 2 business days after the order was placed. The Tech On Web required signature confirmation so I was required to be home when the package arrived. I would prefer to have the option of leaving the package without a required signature. Communications from Tech On Web were very prompt and accurate. Tech On Web sent an order acknowledgment, shipping acknowledgement, and tracking instructions and tracking link and followed up with an e-mail to check my satisfaction. Tech On Web was low price vendor for the printer and provided an excellent description of the printer once I arrived at Tech On Web site. I found Tech On Web by using CNET’s feature to find the lowest prices for a given zip code. I rate Tech On Web as one of the better Internet vendors I deal with. I would like to see Tech On Web add Google Check Out as an option. Other than the lack of Google Check Out, all facets of this transaction met or exceeded my expectations.
