Unbiased Review:
Don't buy from here, Three main reasons:

1- Very bad tracking system and their priority (overnight delivery) takes 6 (six) days to deliver. This is how it works, they take two days to process your order , two days to ship and two days to updates tracking details and deliver. They don't have any 24*7 service.

2- You don't get what you see on their site. Just order and you will see. Its a BIG difference between what you see there and what you get there.

3- There are many other stores from where you can get better deals and better services.

I bought a beautiful 1.20 carat Asscher Cut, F color, VS1, triple Excellent Cut, GIA certified loose diamond from Szul and I love it. I was skeptical at first and afraid that I might get tricked into buying a bad diamond with a fake GIA certificate online. After weighing our pros and cons, my fiance and I decided to take that risk. The loose diamond cost more than $5,000 dollars and Szul made my purchasing experience a breeze. The diamond was shipped overnight to me with the GIA certification to guarantee its authenticity. I took it to my regular jeweler and have it appraised, and they said that it matched with the GIA certificate. The stone was gorgeous and sparkly in my platinum setting. I would recommend Szul to everyone who wants to purchase certified loose diamonds online. They have the lowest price compared to any other online website, believe me... I did my homework. I definitely will be a return customer... for sure!

Outstanding!!!! The delivery took about 2 weeks which I was very pleased with.  The ring was exactly as described and the size was perfect.  I immediately took it to a our jewler in town and could tell they were blown away with the quality and the price.  This ring surpassed my expectations and I am so thrilled with it.  It is absolutely beautiful!! My husband is even shocked at how beautiful it is!!!!  Even though they are not open on weekends, the customer service was wonderful.  They always responded quickly to any questions I  had.  Five plus stars all the way!!!

I love my engagement ring we ordered from szul... it'so beautiful and far surpassed my expectations! It was appraised at more than twice what we got it for (retail) and the wholesale appraisal value was still more than $500 more. What a deal! I had read reviews online that basically gave me the impression that szul is great if you want a great deal but do not expect timely delivery. This part is true... if delivery time is what is most important to you then go to a store. If you want an amazing deal and great customer service then go with szul and expect it to take twice as long as they say it will. I made special requests and they fulfilled them all and the representatives were all very nice and helpful.

Ordered a 3 stone anniversary ring took 4 weeks to deliver but that could of been due to the Christmas holiday & sizing. I'm extremely happy with the merchandise. Photo and description of the ring was exactly as written on their site.

The quality is very good. I have an extensive jewelry collection and was very impressed with the price and quality of the Sapphire ring I ordered. The gemstone and diamonds are high in quality and the piece looks even better than it did online.

I haven't bought too much jewelry online but bought a few things over Christmas and would recommend the site to anyone considering one of their products. I shopped at a competitor also listed and when I received the piece I was very dissappointed and was convinced i wouldn't shop on the internet for jewelry again. But when I received my ring from Szul.com, I was thrilled and will definately buy from them again.

I had no problem ordering on-line;HOWEVER, they sent the wrong item. When I called back they assured me the correct item would be here for Christmas. It is December 29th and I am still waiting. I have called their customer service department many times "during working hours", but no one answers. Do not order from here. I fear I'm out about $100.00.
