My experience with this company was positive. I wanted to buy an austin air healthmate air cleaner and I went to epinions amongst other places looking for a good price. It seems that everywhere I looked this item was being sold at the same price - except for maybe a 1 penny difference. This company had a lot of good information and comparison charts on their site. I called them to try and getter a better idea of what unit would make the most sense for me and my family - as there are different types. My daughter has really bad allergies and asthma and I wanted to get something for her bedroom. The person I spoke to on the phone (Michelle?) asked me about my situation, etc. She indicated to me that the healthmate would be a good fit. I ended up buying with them. The unit shipped out that day and I got tracking information later that day which was fantastic. I do not live too far from where they shipped from I think because the unit got there 2 days later. The box was delivered via Federal Express and the purifier arrived undamaged. Set it up in my daughter's room and so far so good. Definitely has helped. All in all a good experience. I would buy from again as they were helpful and got me the item quickly.
